 "Making Sense of Cuisine" - first look at a publication  first publication on the cuisine topic


Written for hospitality professionals, the published article deals with the main cookery methods in the context of reducing the vast number of dish recipes. 

At a later stage, there will be a list of pages in the same format as that above.


Part 3 

This is where the cuisine topic is more serious and in a different way.  Anthropology and Linguistics are explained before launching into an abstract treatment of cuisine.  However, the treatment is less abstract at the beginning in order to show that there is nothing dreadful about long words.
